Advanced training plan
Your first trainingI teach my advanced players differently we go over harder tasks and maneuvers and body mechanics and weights and shifting our body a certain way and a lot of repetition
Training 2-3Lesson 2 and 3 will be a lot of repetition with some new techniques and ways to go about things
Training 4-10Lesson 4 going to be repetition and learning new things and having a open mind to learn and observe / observe players movements and understand the game
Training 11+Lessons down the line will be a lot of weight training of developing the body to get it stronger and to move more efficiently on the court
Youth players
Working with kidsI adapt with kids using kids skill methods to have them have an understanding of the game and to have fun doing it
