Your first lessonI teach my advanced players differently we go over harder tasks and maneuvers and body mechanics and weights and shifting our body a certain way and a lot of repetition
Lesson 11+Lessons down the line will be a lot of weight training of developing the body to get it stronger and to move more efficiently on the court
