Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will begin our first lesson with an evaluation game. To assess and take note of your strengths and weaknesses. Then We formulate a tailormade Plan to take your game to the next level.
Lesson 11+Advanced training and scrimmages will have completed the training session and by the end we will go over your process and progress from when you first started to when you finished.
Lesson 4-10Our 4th Lesson will be to check in on our progress with your lesser dominant hand, once we get you to the level needed then we work our way into the more advanced training which will focus on your game as a whole.
Lesson 2-3We start with Drills that focus on your lesser dominant hand, have to be able to use both hands if you want to take your game to the next level.
For example: Lay up drills-finishing at the rim with lesser dominant hand, etc.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe will first start off with an evaluation game to assess and take note of your strengths and weaknesses as well as capabilities. Then we step right into our tailormade Plan focusing on elevating your game.
Lesson 11+You can expect the remaining training session to be a full overview of your progress and evolution and finishing with a scrimmage to get a final look at the finished product.
Lesson 4-10Next we work on muscle memory and 4 Dribble actions. Afterwards we go into 5 second actions. And then finishing with a scrimmage-like game where you can only do what you did in the training session. To create muscle memory and productive habits.
