Your first lessonI would start with fundamentals. Paul handling passing shooting form.
Lesson 11+We will continue the process of decision-making and enhancing the basic fundamentals of the game. Basketball is all about creating habits. So we would continue to create habits until they started showing up in games.
Lesson 4-10We would move on decision-making. Shooting in decision-making passing in decision-making. Then we would add defense to make quick decision decisions with the all.
Lesson 2-3Once we get the basics down, we start doing more movement. Shooting on the move passing on the move and footwork.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonBasketball) always starts with fundamentals. We will build up fundamentals through warm-ups after we’re done with the Walmart. Part of the session will remove the Ball handling shooting and decision-making.
Lesson 11+At this point, we will have a tailor-made workout plan that is specifically for you based off watching your film. We will continue to enhance your fundamentals because once you get tired, fundamentals are the first things that go away. So we would continue to build habits and making decisions while fatigued.
