Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThis is mostly a skill assessment and an introduction to my coaching style. This will include a little bit of everything, finishing near the basket, midrange shooting, potentially long range shooting, and defense.
Lesson 11+After lesson ten we will reassess and see if the player feels they need to readjust their skill plan.
Lesson 4-10You can expect to see both obvious and small improvements. The player will have improved their skills but also their general feel of the game.
Lesson 2-3Based on the weak points I find from lesson one, we will continue to strengthen those aspects while keeping all the tools sharp.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe will start with a skill assessment on the first lesson and the second half will be an introduction to some of the drills and format of my trainings.
Lesson 11+After lesson ten the player will have a personalized plan to continue with or without me. If they wish to continue with me we will have a reassessment of their goals as a player.
Lesson 4-10At this point, I like to start introducing game like situations so the player can begin to learn how to implement their skills in real time. This may include learning to read the defense or manipulating the offensive player with their defensive skills.
