Your first lessonSimple basic basketball drills to see the level of the player
Lesson 11+Should be expected to have move up a skill level
Drills will now be intense / high speed
Each lesson will get harder as we go but by lesson 11 we should be seeing good progress
Lesson 4-10Working on all the flaws the player has with the goal of turning it into a skill
Lesson 2-3More challenging drills based on skill level

Youth players
Working with kidsWith kids it’s always good to let them play and it’s very easy to tell how serious a kid is about basketball despite their young age. Based on that I tend to move forward with a strategic plan on how to work out the player
Working with teenagersI like to hop into my workouts with the teenagers to give them an extra hand of motivation.
I also have no problem going 1 on 1 as a friendly game against my players
