Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI want to see what YOU know! This first session will be an assent and where we can talk big picture. At this phase I can see what level you’re at and we excel from there.
Lesson 11+At this point you will have learned the basics so now we use our time efficiently to work on what needs more improvement while maintaining well rounded skills. Big game? Trying out for a new team? This is where we hone in the skills to make you stand out!
Lesson 4-10Here we break down the areas we need to improve in refined practices. Well create focus more on ball handling one, shooting the next and so on. We can eventually transform sessions into practices once we get the fundamentals down!
Lesson 2-3This is where we dive into the areas that need to be improved. Well create a warm up routine that you remember as well as a warm up that includes ball handling, form shooting and defensive warm ups.
What you need to bringBring appropriate workout gear like shorts tshirt and basketball shoes. Bring a ball and water!
