Beginner training plan
Your first lessonGoing over fundamentals. Fundamentals are an important foundation to the game. Starting off with ball handling drills and form shooting.
Lesson 11+By lesson 11 we will be working on dynamic catching and shooting drills.
Lesson 4-10By these lessons we will be working on putting that footwork into more practical workings. This will include learning escape techniques and knowing how to attack the basketball with balance. We will also work on counter moves and dribble pull ups.
Lesson 2-3We will start every lesson off with ball handling and form shooting. Then we will progress into layup drills and foot work
Youth players
Working with kidsFundamental skill work, along with bilateral coordination training. Developing confidence in themselves and their game is imperative at this age.
Working with teenagersWorking with teenagers would allow us to work more on outside shooting range. Along with multi step moves and creative finishes at the basket.

I was in college when I met Amari. We would always hoop together. She would come after my practice and rebound for me, knock me around with a pad, and make up some crazy shooting drill she wanted to try. Her energy was unmatched. She had her own season to worry about but she was always willing to help me. I’ll never forget her for that.
