I’ve been training with Alfred Young for over 15 years from my 10 grad of high school all the way to present time this my 7 year playing overseas I’ve played in Mexico, Albania, turkey I love training with Alfred because he breaks down the fundamentals along with technique and allows you to be creative and work within yourself. Your lesson plan is your own. He does not have everyone do the same thing. You’re a lesson plan and training is to your capabilities.

I’ve been working with Alfred Young since my junior year in high school all the way through college and through my five years overseas, my footwork has gained tremendous under his tutorage my mid range and my dribbling skills. I am a match of nightmare, and my game has grown leaks and bounces. I’ve been working with him, tremendous teacher or student of the game. I love breaking down the fundamentals and allowing your game to grow he doesn’t handcuff you and force you to do what he wants you to do. He’s open minded you can bring something you saw or something you want to work on and he will added your workouts are your own unique for your skill set only
