Your first lessonWarm up:
• 2 laps around court - light jog/run
• Half Court - high knees, butt kicks, hamstring scoops, quad stretch, hip mobility, side lunge stretch, knee to chest, hamstring kick
• Hop in place 30 seconds
• Frontal/Sagittal hops 30 seconds
• Single leg hop in place 30 seconds
• Single leg frontal/sagittal hops 30 seconds
• Pogo Jumps x10
Ball Handling:
What you need to bringTheir own basketball depending on the environment of the session (outdoor/indoor).
What I can bringBands, speed ladder, cones, extra basketball, and medicine ball
