## About

- Headline: Basketball with Alex Ainsworth
- Price: From $40 per lesson
- Years of experience: 20

I’m Coach Alex Ainsworth, an experienced basketball coach and player-development trainer who specializes in helping athletes become more confident, skilled and effective on the court. My training focuses on the skills that translate directly to games; shooting, ball handling, finishing, footwork, decision-making, scoring, and playing with confidence. Every workout has a purpose and every player will leave better than when they arrived. I’ve coached at the high school and collegiate levels and have helped athletes develop into Professionals, Allstars, All District, All Conference, MVP, Player of the Year, and State Champions . Whether your goal is to learn the fundamentals, prepare for tryouts, earn more playing time, or looking to take your game to the next level, my goal is simple. I’m here to help you understand what you need to improve, teach you how to improve it, and give you the confidence to use those skills in games. Let’s get to work! 🏀
