I’m a former Division 1 scout player for Florida State University, where I was also a finalist in the NCBBA dunk contest and earned 1st Team All-American honors. In high school, I was a state runner-up in 6A and received multiple all-county defensive player and All-Star selections, along with being named Most Improved Player of the Year. My journey in basketball has been filled with exciting challenges and achievements!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe basics, running technique, jumping technique, basketball movements, basic finishing at the rim, and ball handling.
Lesson 11+Fine tuning, advanced college drills, skill set expansion and polishing the players game and physical set.
Lesson 4-10Scoring drills, advanced ball handling, scoring positions, defensive awareness and drills. Lots of skill work and physical training, speed, endurance, explosiveness, strength. Building a complete and better athlete.
Lesson 2-3Continuation of the basics, more endurance training and situational techniques
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonGauge how advanced the player is by testing their physical and technical capabilities. Set the precedent for future lessons.
Lesson 11+Complete player and athlete training, polishing them to get them to the next level of basketball competition.
Lesson 4-10College level drills, pro moves and skills. Keying in on a players role and skill set and strengthening weaknesses in their game.
Lesson 2-3Physically building a monster athlete, small amounts of skill work depending on the players needs emphasis on stamina, speed, and explosive power.
