Working with kidsWith me being a father and 3rd an 4th grade basketball coach I have tons of experience working with children, I make the game fun but also mix in fundamentals to teach the kids how to play basketball correctly.

Working with teenagersBeing a dad with two teenagers that play basketball at a high level. I understand the mindset of our young student athletes dealing with homework and sports can be difficult at times. My job as trainer will be to focus on skill development, build confidence, strength and conditioning, teaching them about nutrition, rest and recovery.
