Your first trainingWe will approach with the premise of patience and focus. We will build upon fundementals and the beginners level of skill/knowledge.
Training 2-3A focus on evolving our fundamentals. We will practice diligence and repetition.
Training 4-10Here we will continue to focus on persistence. Except we will work at a slower pace to help identify the innate abilities and values from the beginners.
Training 11+Continuous improvement and progress towards adding new moves. This is when we will start incorporating new play styles and techniques.
