Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI observe your throwing, batting and catching mechanics then give you ways to improve.
Player will find a partner to catch with.
Lesson 2-32. Fielding mechanics, fly balls and ground balls.
Coach will hit ground balls or fly balls to you.
3. Throwing mechanics, you will throw up to 90 ft depending on level.
Lesson 4-104. Batting mechanics, I will help you find your swing by using proper footwork, load and follow through.
5. Hitting mechanics and strategies. I will guide you to develop knowledge of the strike zone. I will you find your balance, and timing
6. Base Running. All players will learn the proper footwork and strategies for running bases. We will practice hard "90s".
7. Fielding with runners on base. We will practice throwing to first base, with a runner on first base, and run downs.
8 Fielding from the outfield.
9 Pitcher fielding.
10. Batting practice.
Lesson 11+11. Game or simulated game. If there's enough players, we will have live pitching, batting and base running. The number of people will determine how we play.
