Through training with Coach Will, I have learned so much about the game of baseball both in playing and outside of that. Of course when training the targeted goal is to enhance your skills, and weather that’s hitting, fielding or baseball iq, Coach Will makes me better in all of them. Outside of baseball though, he has taught me so much about the determination and grit that it takes to be great in this game. And how while it is not an easy and short road, if you have love for baseball it will guide you to the top.

Coach makes baseball really fun and easy to understand. At first I was nervous, but he helped me feel confident right away. He shows you exactly what to do, whether it’s hitting, fielding, or throwing, and he makes sure you keep getting better every practice. My favorite part is how he teaches—you don’t just do drills, you actually learn why things matter. He always pushes you to try your best, but he’s also really positive and encouraging. Even when I mess up, he helps me fix it and tells me to keep going.

Before I started working with Coach Will, I felt like I had talent but didn’t really know how to put everything together. I would get frustrated during games, lose confidence after bad at-bats, and overthink a lot on the field. Coach Will changed that for me. What stood out first was how much energy and confidence he brought every lesson. He doesn’t just teach baseball skills — he teaches you how to think like a player. Every workout had a purpose. He broke down hitting, fielding, throwing, and even the mental side in a way that actually made sense.

I've seen Will communicate with the kids and that's what has impressed me the most. Will make sure he gets down to the level of each kid so they understand and know that he is there to help them and not show them up. He's a great encourager.

Coach Will set the bar pretty high for expectations in Baseball coaches! My son attended his first Baseball clinic this spring at the age of 6. The first coach we encountered was Coach Will! Having a child on the Autism Spectrum, I expressed sincere gratitude for his patience and understanding he showed my son. Having a complete wealth of Baseball knowledge, I recorded the exchange and still use it as a reminder of the correct stance and form needed at bat! Coach Will even has even checked in and gave encouragement during our first Baseball season! He is really an amazing coach and mentor! 💙

Beginner training plan

Your first lessonMake the player comfortable, confident and excited . Depending on what needs to be worked on for example hitting would be dry swings , drills off the tee . Fielding would be drills working on basic fundamentals.

Lesson 2-3A more advanced plan than the first meeting . Each kid I train has homework to work on what we learn during training . IT IS VITAL FOR SUCCESS AND RESULTS !

Lesson 4-10Hitting : Soft Toss , Game situation readiness, mental performance Fielding : Position specific drills , Game situation readiness, mental performance

Lesson 11+Everything learned up until this point , I guarantee results mentally, physically & producing results . I’m confident in how I teach ! You just have to buy in ! & Break everything down step by step .

Youth players

Working with kidsI make it centered around fun and instruction. I show the kids what to do so they can mirror the training .
