Former collegiate player at Camden County College and professional athlete in Mexico, now dedicated to developing the next generation of players. I’ve coached with multiple programs and currently mentor with The Players Alliance, supported by Major League Baseball. I specialize in hitting, fielding, and the mental side of the game, creating a positive environment while tailoring each session to the athlete. Your first lessonMake the player comfortable, confident and excited . Depending on what needs to be worked on for example hitting would be dry swings , drills off the tee . Fielding would be drills working on basic fundamentals.
Lesson 11+Everything learned up until this point , I guarantee results mentally, physically & producing results . I’m confident in how I teach ! You just have to buy in ! & Break everything down step by step .

Working with kidsI make it centered around fun and instruction. I show the kids what to do so they can mirror the training .
Working with teenagersI give more direct direction, videos to watch outside of training to help better understand our training session. This training is to prepare them for the challenges they will face from the High school level & up .
What you need to bringAll baseball equipment. If you cannot just message what you will need and I will provide it .

Through training with Coach Will, I have learned so much about the game of baseball both in playing and outside of that. Of course when training the targeted goal is to enhance your skills, and weather that’s hitting, fielding or baseball iq, Coach Will makes me better in all of them. Outside of baseball though, he has taught me so much about the determination and grit that it takes to be great in this game. And how while it is not an easy and short road, if you have love for baseball it will guide you to the top.

Coach makes baseball really fun and easy to understand. At first I was nervous, but he helped me feel confident right away. He shows you exactly what to do, whether it’s hitting, fielding, or throwing, and he makes sure you keep getting better every practice. My favorite part is how he teaches—you don’t just do drills, you actually learn why things matter. He always pushes you to try your best, but he’s also really positive and encouraging. Even when I mess up, he helps me fix it and tells me to keep going.

Before I started working with Coach Will, I felt like I had talent but didn’t really know how to put everything together. I would get frustrated during games, lose confidence after bad at-bats, and overthink a lot on the field. Coach Will changed that for me. Having a child on the Autism Spectrum, I expressed sincere gratitude for his patience and understanding he showed my son.
