About your baseball coach
As a player for two decades including 4 years at the Division 1 level, 8 years professionally (parts of 3 years in the MLB) and two years into my coaching career working with players from all levels including the professional level with the Houston Astros I've guided baseball players, refining their skills and igniting their passion for the game. I focus on fundamentals, strategy, and fostering a love for baseball that lasts a lifetime.

Your first lessonWith the first lesson I begin to build a relationship with the player and get an understanding of where their current skill set is and goals they're trying to accomplish.
Lesson 11+Continue with routine and continue to challenge the player with competitions and skill work.
Lesson 4-10At this point routine begins to become consistent and we start to push and challenge the player to bridge the gap to desired goals and objectives. Begin to turn drills into competitions.
Lesson 2-3We identify areas of improvement and begin the process of creating a routine program.
