Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will be a walk-through of what the player is currently doing in practice/games. I will then assess their hitting/fielding or pitching skills depending on their current area of improvement.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 will more advanced, but still following the initial training plan and development to help the player succeed.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 we will start to incorporate small adjustments to increase the ability of the player.
