Lesson 2-3Start making changes that are going to feel uncomfortable. Building good muscle memory and breaking bad habits.

Your first lessonHow to throw and field with INTENT. Using advanced baseball IQ to help me be a step ahead. Finding the swing path or hitting mechanics to know where to play. Using my whole body to unlock my full potential.
Lesson 11+Many advanced players struggle with the mental side due to them always have more gifted talent. With that being said, when they struggle they donāt know how to cope with that because itās not normal. That where I can really come in and be what I call the ābaseball therapistā and teach them to overcome failure more often. Baseball being a game of failure, you have to be able to have short memory and move on the next opportunity that arises.
