Beginner training plan
Your first lessonfocus on building comfort and confidence. I start with a simple assessment of mobility and basic coordination, then introduce fundamental movements at an easy pace. I explain the purpose of each drill and keep the session fun, positive, and encouraging.
Lesson 11+From this point forward, training becomes more personalized. We fine-tune technique, introduce more advanced variations, and work toward specific goals. The beginner transitions into an intermediate stage, gaining consistency and long-term skill development.
Lesson 4-10During these sessions we build rhythm, strength, and technique. Drills become slightly more challenging, focusing on coordination, balance, and repetition. Beginners start noticing real improvement, more confidence, and a stronger understanding of the fundamentals.
Lesson 2-3We reinforce the basics learned in the first session and introduce simple, structured drills. At this stage, beginners can expect to develop better body awareness, learn proper form, and increase consistency. Progress remains gradual and supportive.
