Beginner training plan
Your first lessonA swing evaluation be be conducted in the first part of the first lesson. Then based off that I will know what you need to work on in your swing.
Lesson 11+Moving on to the next part of the swing that needs improvement. Most likely something mechanically
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 will be about starting to see some progress or improvements in the swing and move on to the next part of the swing that needs work. And I will conduct a reevaluation to so both the player and the parent see the progress in the swing. Which will bring a lot of confidence to the player
Lesson 2-3They can expect to tackle the things in the swing they struggle with the most, maybe it’s not being rotational enough or not having good balance.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonA swing evaluation will be conducted the first part of the lesson. Then I’m gonna have the client do some drills to help him be more consistent
Lesson 11+Working on having a good consistent swing in the lessons and seeing how he’s doing in the games and whatever he is struggling with whether it’s mechanics or just mental we will help break that struggle or slump he is having
Lesson 4-10Do a reevaluation to see the swings improvement and progress and go over hitting approach at the plate and find out where he is mentally when he is hitting in a game.
