Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson, we will look at your swing and start working on fixing bad mechanics and habits
Lesson 11+The remaining lessons we will work on correcting smaller bad habits that are found in the swing and bring everything together to further give confidence in consistently hitting the ball
Lesson 4-10The next lessons after that we will add in live pitching while still using the tea and soft toss
Lesson 2-3The next lessons will be continually working on the proper swing using the tee and soft toss
Youth players
Working with kidsI will teach swing mechanics that are a must do to consistently hit the ball and will give confidence to the player at the plate
Working with teenagersI add more advanced training to get the right mechanics down and get rid of bad habits
