Beginner training plan
Your first lessonA beginner will learn the necessary terminology, motions, and ideas of the desired sport
Lesson 11+A beginner should be moving on to working towards more advanced terminology after 10+ lessons
Lesson 4-10Depending on skill level, a beginner would still be either learning necessary motions and skill. They would also start to be introduced to more advanced techniques
Lesson 2-3A beginner would expect to begin to retain knowledge and basic movements of the given sport
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAn advanced player would be put through some beginner techniques mixed in either various advanced and possibly expert techniques
Lesson 11+Depending on age, skill, and consistency of lessons, an advanced player would be doing both advanced and expert techniques
Lesson 4-10An advance player will start to be introduced to new plans and techniques depending on comfort level and skill
Lesson 2-3Depending on the sport, an advance would most likely still be learning necessary skills from the prior lesson
Youth players
Working with kidsKids will be taught the necessary skills, terminology, vocabulary, history, and fundamentals basics in a more detailed fashion
Working with teenagersTeens will be expected to know the basic idea of the given sport, but in the case of beginners, we will always discuss the basic fundamentals and concepts before we move on to more advanced strategies
