Ramon is a former professional baseball player who competed at the Minor League level with the Texas Rangers, LA Dodgers, and Pittsburgh Pirates organizations. His extensive experience in professional baseball has given him a deep understanding of the game, both technically and strategically. Ramon is passionate about sharing his knowledge and mentoring players, helping them develop their skills and achieve their potential. His professional background and dedication make him an exceptional coach for athletes at all levels.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn my first lesson with a beginner the first thing that I do is interview the parents and the kid to know more about what interest the player to learn and the goal to reach in the long run...
Lesson 11+The beginner in the 11th lessons should be able to show me what he or she is been learning and putting in action and be ready to play
Lesson 4-10In the fourth lesson what can espect and what the player can espect, from me is continuity with the teaching, hitting, fielding, etc. As the player learn the fundamental in the process I continue increas and add more things to do on each lessons
Lesson 2-3The beginner can espect from me in the second and third lesson is continuing with the fundamentals that I been or going to teach.
Advanced training plan
What you need to bringThe student or player, should bring his or her own Glove, Batting Gloves,Helmets, Cup Protection(Safety always is important for me and players).
What I can bringDepending on the type of lesson that I offer I bring my equipmment, if the lesson is Hitting, Fielding and Pitching I bring my own bucket of Baseballs.
