Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will build a foundation and assess athletic ability
Lesson 11+From here on out there will be advanced drills and teachings with the guidance for self reliance through out the players journey
Lesson 4-10A routine will be established with the understanding of the values when it comes to training or working out.
Lesson 2-3Once familiar we will build on those foundations with drills and find weaknesses
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe will assess how advanced the player is and go from there. We will add drills to the players need depending on the season.
Youth players
Working with kidsA tee is the foundation to baseball developing eye- hand coordination is crucial at this age.
Working with teenagersAt this stage of life developing the body for strength and power is mostly effective at this age with creative drills to keep players interested
