Beginner training plan
Your first lessonInitial lesson is fully evaluation based, learning what areas the client would like addressed, as well as evaluating potential strengths and weaknesses with physical practice and video recording.
Lesson 11+If improvement is sticking and translating well. Specific areas of weakness will then be addressed, such as handling off speed pitches, zone awareness, and general baseball iq improvement
Lesson 4-10Further build upon forward momentum and hammer home good fundamentals ensuring that good habits stick and bad habits are erased
Lesson 2-3Specific lessons will be created to address weakness and improve upon strengths. Early lessons will be more information oriented as specific drills and intent are explained in a comprehensive way that will reinforce the importance of doing specific things and how they translate into games.
