Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will serve as an evaluation session, allowing me to assess the player’s current skill level and identify areas for improvement. While observing their mechanics and approach, I’ll provide real-time feedback and tips as needed. We’ll begin with drills off the tee, then progress to soft toss, and, if appropriate, incorporate more live-style pitching to get a comprehensive view of the player’s abilities.
Lesson 11+We’ll keep progressing with focused drills and personalized tips to support the player’s development, all while ensuring they get plenty of quality reps to build confidence and reinforce good habits.
Lesson 4-10We’ll continue to refine and perfect the skills we’ve been developing, while gradually introducing new, valuable techniques to further enhance the player’s overall performance and growth.
