Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first day will be a learning day for both of us, you learning me and myself learning and observing you
Lesson 11+At this point, it will be all adjusted based on what is necessary for each person
Lesson 4-10Around lesson 5 or 6, as long as the fundamentals are improving, then we can move into more advanced techniques
Lesson 2-3The next couple lessons would focus on the main fundamental flaws that I see
Youth players
Working with kidsI focus on building the fundamentals of baseball while trying to keep the game fun and engaging for them
Working with teenagersWorking with teenagers will focus on the finer points of the game while still developing any fundamentals needed. Whether your goal is to get recruited or make varsity, I have personal experience doing both
What you need to bringBring a bat, glove, helmet, and water/gatorade
What I can bringI will have baseballs and my own gear, potentially can have a bat to share depending on the size.
