Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be used as a way to gauge where the student is on a playing level. We will start with basic warm ups and drills (throwing, catching, and basic baseball knowledge). This will be followed with instructions based on where they are to help build a solid foundation for them to follow and fall back on. We will be ending off with a game of some type to encourage them and enforce positive attitude and good habbits.
Lesson 11+Focus more on technique refinement along with re enforcing fundamentals. Students at this point should have a good grasp on baseball fundamentals and basic ball knowledge and of course games will be played in order to test these skill and encourage them to improve in any areas that need improvement
Lesson 4-10Still a heavy emphasis of baseball fundamentals with some technique refinement but still working on ensuring that they are able to fall back on other skills when they feels stuck or hit a road block.
Lesson 2-3We will continue to build on their foundation focusing heavily on baseball fundamentals and learning skills that practical to playing baseball

What you need to bringStudents should bring their own baseball gear which would include the following:
- baseball gloves
- bats
- catchers gear (only if they are catchers)
- baseball spikes (only if we are outside)
- running shoes
- water
- good attitude (when we are happy and excited we are already a step ahead to getting better)
