Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBefore every first lesson I ask the player to give one example they think they are good at and one area where they would like to improve The first lesson would include hitting, fielding and throwing to gauge where skills are currently at. Hitting would consist of tee work and soft toss depending on age. Fielding would consist of hand eye coordination drills.
Lesson 2-3A practice plan that centers around all areas of the game but at the same time around the area the player wants to improve.
Lesson 4-10Small adjustments to the practice plan depending on progress. Player should start to see and feel
Improvements at this time.
Lesson 11+In game drills and situations as well as learning how to maintain within oneself through all of the emotions that Baseball presents.
