Advanced training plan

Your first lessonGoing through the basics to advanced movement patterning, of set up, timing and rhythm, learning about starting on time with the pitcher and working through some beginner tee drills

Lesson 11+Continue to flow in and out of drills for what they need to work on and what they’re doing well and continually add more moving ball drills. As well as talk about more advanced movements in their load to stride to help them gain power and bat speed

Lesson 4-10Keep progressing through different tee drills to point out flaws or help them understand what they are doing well and progress into a moving ball

Lesson 2-3Recapping what we did in previous lessons then adding additional tee drills to help the gain an understanding of what adjustments they can make in their swings, we will talk more about mindset and feel throughout these lessons so the player can understand their body and movement and start to make adjustments on their own
