Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor my first lesson, I focus on getting to know the student their interest experience and their goals moving forward. I will create a relaxed, fun, and encouraging environment while getting a sense of their current skill and level.
Lesson 2-3By the second and third lesson will begin building on what we've learned during the first session students can inspect more focused instructions hands on practice and activities designed to help them move to the next level of their desire
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonMy goal here is not just simply to teach and more advanced material skill but the help they advance and experience student we find the abilities maybe to overcome any challenges that they're having and as well as building confidence and continue on reaching higher levels of performance goals that they have for themselves.
What you need to bringBring comfortable shoes. water bottle maybe even a washcloth or towel for your face
