Your first lessonLearning the Player and who they are as a player. Seeing mechanics and where they are at.
Lesson 11+Players should see an increase in confidence, and an increase in skill level. Hitting, pitching, or fielding. As well as developing a strong mindset to carry them into a practice or game.
Lesson 4-10This will the “vocabulary” phase where you learn the terminology coaches will use when working with you. As well as learning verbal cues that help the player during practice or in game.
Lesson 2-3Players can expect us to work on the changes we feel is needed. Starting with the basics if needed.
Youth players
Working with kidsI make the lessons more fun based, so the kids enjoy the sport for what it is. Make baseball easier for them.
Working with teenagersI adapt to where the teenagers skill set is at, and create a program specifically tailored to them so they can improve at a rate they are comfortable at.
