Josef has played baseball his entire life. He knows the game as good as anyone I’ve ever been around. Josef was the first player from Lovington High School to make the all star game in 10 years. I watched him coach a 13 year old baseball team and he was fantastic with the kids. He has a lot of patience and is extremely willing to pass on his knowledge to the kids. He is about the easiest person to get along with and loves coaching and teaching

Josef (Joe) is a phenomenal human being. He loves baseball and has a heart of gold. The passion he has for this sport and how much he wants to others thrive in it is amazing.
