Beginner training plan
Your first lessonA big part of learning how to play baseball is being able to move, and allowing your body to play the game. First, I would probably give tips and tricks on how to unlock your body to play the game, as well as giving a plan for day to day things you can do to help you.
Lesson 11+At this point, we will have created a nice standard of what a normal lesson would look like, this is where we will start, sharpening the skills that you have learned, or have.
Lesson 4-10This is where we will start to develop some skills in terms of fielding, hitting, mechanics. Still, I believe a big key is having the ability to move in knowing what to do in certain positions in scenarios within a game so that will still be a part of it.
Lesson 2-3In these next few lessons, we will be going over the basics of knowing where to be on the field and what to do, but there will still be a heavy emphasis on body movement.
What you need to bringCleats, tennis shoes, glove, bat. If you’re a pitcher only a glove, turfs, and cleats and any warm up equipment you might want to use before throwing. (I can show the proper way to use it)
What I can bringI can bring baseballs, cones, etc. (Beneficial training equipment)
