About your baseball coach
I have played Professional Baseball for 11 seasons across 3 different countries. I spent multiple seasons playing in the Atlantic league as well as other Major League Baseball Partner Leagues with, against, and for many Major Leaguers and others with very high affiliated time. (AA, AAA, International) I have won a Batting Title in 2013 playing for former MLB manager and player Doc Edwards. I was a 2x All-Conference player in college for Mercyhurst University and Gannon University.

Lesson 11+Reinforcement linked with mental strength and focus based on all previous lessons and progressions.
Lesson 4-10Reinforcement of previous instruction followed by an increase in drill types, difficulty, and amount of work to make sure they athlete is always growing without plateauing.
Lesson 2-3Progressive increase of instruction after a review of the previous lesson to make sure they are understanding of what I am teaching. Every student varies on quickness and adaptation of instruction.
