Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor the first lesson I will give students a stretching routine to follow and start off with Catch play. I will evaluate mechanics and see where we need to go from there
Lesson 11+Lessons 11+ we will focus on what you are feeling you lack in. Whether that is lower half or upper half we will identify the issue and do specific drills to fix it.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 we will still focus on lower half drills but gradually work toward the upper half and identify weaknesses in the upper half as well.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 I will focus on the lower half drills making sure we have the foundation built before we move up to upper.
