Your first lesson* Start with Introductions and ask about their baseball experience, what they enjoy about the game, and what they hope to achieve.

Lesson 2-3* Warm-up (10 mins): Dynamic stretching, light jogging, and arm circles.
* Throwing Mechanics (20 mins): Review proper grip, throwing motion, and follow-through. Focus on accuracy over power. Use targets.
* Fielding Ground Balls (20 mins): Start with basic ready position, fielding the ball out front, and making accurate throws to first base.
* Base Running (10 mins): Work on proper first base running technique, rounding the base, and understanding when to advance.
* Cool Down (5 mins): Static stretching, focusing on major muscle groups used.
Session 3: Adding Complexity
