Hello, my first lesson consists of understanding where you are as a player, finding your strong and weak suits, understanding where you want to be as a player. We will also be taking a dive into the metal side of things.
Once we figure these things out we can make steps towards making you the best ball player you can be.
We will also talk about your long term and short term goals for baseball!
By the time we get to Lessons 11+ these lessons will be more of a feedback lesson, or will be the type of lessons where I tidy up mechanics or I make small adjustments. I will be Listening to you and your issues as a ball player and also breaking down your analytics and mental side of the game. This is where the game turns into a passion and love for some! I will be more than happy to meet you all at lesson 11!
Lessons 4-10 will consist of getting you to learn new skills and mastering them like a professional. We will also be starting to reach your short term goals as well as some long term goals depending on what your goals are!
By lesson 7-10 if not sooner depending on your progress as a player, I will be integrating advanced drills for the mental and physical side of the game.
Lesson 2-3 consists of getting you used to a routine and workouts that will benefit you as a player and for your everyday health. With these workouts you can do them at home or at training.
After getting to know our player and their goals, the first lesson for advanced players consist of an actual 1 hour skills and mental assessment I will provide. During the first lesson we will talk about short term, long term, personal, and team goa
Lessons 11+ will be consisted of cleaning up small things for players and keeping them in tune mentally, or physically, these will also be advancement lessons where we try new things or start to get really in depth with little things as far as situational scenarios, mechanics, game scenarios, etc!
Lessons 4-10 for advanced players consist of cleaning up small mechanics, mental issues, teaching new ways to approach the game, re-constructing mechanics, film studies, self evaluation and progression practices.
These practices will get very into depth with what we are breaking down as a player.
Lessons 2-3 for advanced players consist of us jumping right into workouts. I will take the assessment from the given player and create a training plan based on the goals given to me. Workouts will be fixated to the players goals in lessons 2-3.
