Lesson 11+There is always room for perfection. There is always things to make you better, whether that’s physically or mentally!
Lesson 4-10Whatever it is that i pick up on or that you feel needs improvement!
Lesson 2-3We will go over the basics of throwing and mechanics and making sure you mechanics are not provoking injury!
Advanced training plan
What you need to bringBringing your own catcher is definitely allowed.
