Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be meet and greet. We will get to know each other & some stretches get nice and warm up.
Lesson 4-10Base running. Add some running in the week helps the body and arm muscles stay healthy. Make things fun we gonna time them from home to 1st.
Lesson 2-3Light stretching and some light throwing to get that arm loose. We can teach them how to properly grip the ball or footwork.
