Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will begin by going through conceptual idea to evaluate your baseball iq and assess how much coaching you may need and how much previous training you have had.
Lesson 2-3In the second and third lessons we would dive heavily into the technical and mechanics aspects of pitching to see if we can get you throwing harder. Combined with mental tools and strategies throughout.
Lesson 4-10The fourth through tenth lessons will be where we hammer in concepts and make sure we’re game ready by implementing our practice strategies week after week.
Lesson 11+With more than 10 lessons we play it by ear. If we need to improve our mental game that is the priority or if we need to improve our physical skills and continue to throw harder we will focus on that.
