Your first lessonWarm up stretches for the whole body, teach how important is to warm up the body and recover.

Lesson 2-3Continue with eye hand cordinations drills and slowly get into live Drills with the motion of throwing.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonCommunicate and understand the player and style of play.
Get into detail with the players peferred position. talk tips and knowledge and get into drills thats help quick feet hands and endurance.
