## About

- Headline: Baseball with Ernie Day
- Price: From $65 per lesson
- Years of experience: 4

I was drafted by the Seattle Mariners in 2023 and spent two seasons in their organization before continuing my professional baseball career with the St. Louis Cardinals in 2025. Throughout my time in pro ball, I learned a lot about what it takes to compete at a high level, from pitching mechanics and velocity development to arm care, strength and conditioning, and the mental side of the game. Now, I’m using my experience as a professional pitcher to help develop the next generation of players.
