Your first lessonBuilding a relationship and providing a general arm care and catch play routine to ensure proper arm health. Throwing mechanics evaluated and constructive feedback provided with drills to support growth.
Lesson 11+Continued growth and support as we work to understand what has been working and what we want to improve upon. Communication is clear and consistent and progress is continuing to be made as we strive to be better today than we were yesterday by being intentional and staying committed to our protocols.
Lesson 4-10A comprehensive, individualized plan helping them grow as a pitcher and person. Support via texts also play a big role in the development process.
