Your first lessonWe start with a complete baseline assessment of both skills. I evaluate natural throwing and fielding mechanics alongside batting stance, establishing fundamental coordination goals for the player
Lesson 2-3We dive into core fundamentals. We split the sessions to work on batting tee drills for proper swing balance, while simultaneously introducing correct infielder footwork and glove positioning.
Lesson 4-10We progress to dynamic, high-repetition training. We combine soft-toss hitting drills with fielding ground balls on the move, safely building arm strength and developing reactive hand-eye coordination
Lesson 11+We focus on advanced refinement and game-like situations. Players face live batting practice while mastering complex defensive scenarios, building the complete confidence needed to compete
What you need to bringStudents should bring their own baseball glove, cleats, a baseball bat, and water to stay hydrated.
What I can bringI will provide all professional training equipment, including a batting tee, hitting nets, heavy balls, bands for arm care, agility cones, ladders, and specialized training gloves for infield defense drills
