Your first lessonTeach them the basics, the run down of how to throw, hit & catch.
Lesson 11+I will include drills that will improve there skills to an elite level
Lesson 4-10Start to include double plays, how to hit off speed, teach them how to pitch if they want to and even teach them how to go about certain throws and learning how to use their arm.
Lesson 2-3More of the basics and now start to include tougher aspects of the game. For example, backhands for fielders, more speed for hitters and longer throws.
