Beginner training plan
Your first lessonEvery player starts with a full evaluation of their current skill level, athletic movement, and baseball fundamentals. We’ll identify strengths, areas for improvement, and set a personalized development plan. My goal is to build confidence while establishing a strong foundation that will carry over into game situations.
Lesson 2-3Players begin building consistent mechanics through high-quality reps and game-like drills. We’ll focus on infield fundamentals, hitting mechanics, footwork, throwing accuracy, baseball IQ, and developing routines that translate into success during games.
Lesson 4-10As confidence grows, lessons become more advanced and game-focused. Players will improve defensive consistency, offensive approach, reaction time, situational awareness, and decision-making while continuing to refine mechanics through purposeful repetition.
Lesson 11+Long-term development is the goal. Lessons are tailored to each athlete’s goals, whether that’s making an All-Star team, earning a starting position, preparing for high school baseball, or competing at the next level. Every session is designed to build confidence, consistency, leadership, and a lifelong love for the game.
