Your first lessonEvery first lesson will vary depending on the age and skill of the player. Training for beginners will break down simple mechanics such as grip, plate coverage, balance and stance. More skilled players will be trained with a more “tune up” training. Really trying to fine tune and hone in their swing with drills I did throughout college and showcase training
