Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI would start out by getting to know each player and seeing what the strengths and weaknesses are! And focus on fundamental steps one at a time! How to hold a ball throw field catch and how to position yourself as well as holding and swinging a bat ! Watch them perform some drills or simulations related to their position or areas they want to work on.
Lesson 11+Moving forward players should than be able to feel comfortable enough to show up to the next remaining lessons and practices with confidence while be able to go through each skill/drills with no hesitation showing off the ability and confidence!
Lesson 4-10After the third lesson each player should have a valid understanding how to approach each position while maintaining proper understanding while having confidence in each fundamental aspect of playing baseball!
Lesson 2-3What one could expect after their first lesson going into their second and third lesson would mainly be the idea of progression of skills and fundamentals pointed out in the first lesson !
